Advice and Answers from the Being Humans Team

Setting up your company account

1. As an Associate, your accountant will sign you up for your Being Humans account. Once your accountant has signed you up, you will receive an email and will need to click on the hyperlink to get signed up.
2. Once you click on the link in your email, you will be directed to set up your account.
3. You will get a verification code sent to your email.
4. When prompted, type in the verification code.

5. Congratulations, you are now ready to work with Being Humans!

Submitting a Document

1. Go to app.beinghumans.co

2. Login to Associate account

3. The first time you login you will have to setup your Quickbooks with Being Humans. Do this by clicking on “Quickbooks Integration.”
4. Click on “Connect to Quickbooks” and enter your Quickbooks username and password.

5. There are two ways to send invoices, receipts and pay apps to Being Humans. The first is by emailing invoices, receipts and pay apps to process@invoices.beinghumans.co. Once you send the invoices, receipts and pay apps to the email address, the Being Humans AI will read the document and it will be routed for proper approval.

6. The second way is to click the “upload” button located at the top right of your screen. Once you’ve uploaded the invoices, receipts and pay apps and clicked “Done” the Being Humans AI will read the document and it will be routed for proper approval.
