Setting up your Accountant account

1. Go to app.beinghumans.co.

2. Click on “Sign up as Accountant.”
3. Enter your first name, email address, password, phone number & click “Create Account.”
4. You will get a verification code sent to your email.
5. When prompted, type in the verification code.
6. After you login as the Accountant, you will want to set up the various companies that you will be working with. Click on “Companies” and then “Create New Company.”

7. Here you will enter the company’s name, associate e-mail address (person who will be sending the invoices, receipts and pay apps) and client’s email (person who will have final approval of each invoices, receipts and pay apps.)

8. The Associate & Client will both get individual emails to set up their own accounts.

APPROVING A DOCUMENT

1. Go to app.beinghumans.co

2. Login to your Accountant account

3. In the Pending Jobs tab, you will see all the invoices, receipts and pay apps that you need to approve. To approve the invoices, receipts and pay apps, you will need to click on “Details.”

4. Click on “Review” to view the invoices, receipts and pay apps that needs to be approved.

5. Verify that all the information on the invoices, receipts and pay apps is correctly entered each field and click on “Approve.”

6. After you have approved the invoices, receipts and pay apps, you will need to send it for final approval. In the Pending Jobs tab, you will see all the invoices, receipts and pay apps that you need to send to the Client for final approval. To send to your client for final approval you will need to click on “Details.” Click on “Send for Approval.”

7. Once the document has been sent to the client for final approval, the document will move to the Verified Documents tab.
